Become a Host in Our Beautiful Home As a Host at Willingdon Park Manor, you'll play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Reporting to the Hospitality Services Manager, you'll be responsible for setting and maintaining high standards of hospitality services, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience, and upholding compliance with policies and procedures.
Your Role:
1. Greet residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
2. Prioritize customer service while supporting enablement where needed.
3. Deliver an outstanding dining experience.
4. Uphold compliance with EHO requirements and HACCP systems.
What We're Looking For:
5. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (desirable)
6. Strong background in food and beverage service.
7. Customer service expertise.
8. Knowledge of EHO requirements and HACCP systems.
9. Excellent communication skills.
10. Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
