What were looking for: Were seeking a Senior Medical Director to provide scientific leadership across multiple accounts while ensuring excellence in medical communications. This role combines scientific expertise with strategic thinking to deliver innovative solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong team leadership while maintaining scientific rigor in all deliverables. What youll do: Serve as the principal scientific lead across multiple client accounts, shaping strategic direction and ensuring all activities align with brand objectives. Architect and oversee the execution of complex medical communication and education plans, from strategic concept through to final delivery. Maintain deep therapeutic area expertise and stay at the forefront of clinical advancements to provide proactive, insightful counsel to clients and internal teams. Champion innovative methods for data visualization and scientific storytelling to enhance the clarity and impact of communications. Drive the creation and review of high-quality, scientifically accurate content (e.g., manuscripts, abstracts, slide decks, digital materials), ensuring clinical relevance and strategic alignment. Uphold the highest standards of scientific integrity and quality, acting as the final point of review for all scientific deliverables. Oversee medical writing and editing processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to client and regulatory standards. Mentor, manage, and develop junior members of the scientific team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring excellence in their work. Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), acting as a trusted scientific advisor to co-create impactful initiatives. Lead key client meetings, workshops, and scientific presentations with confidence and authority. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
