Field Maintenance Engineer – Verisure

Salary: £27,937 basic + uncapped commission (up to £50k OTE)
Working Hours: 40‑48 hrs/week
Shift Pattern: 9am‑6pm & 11am‑8pm Mon‑Fri incl. bank holidays; Saturday on‑call.
Holidays: 29 days annual leave, increasing to 31 after 1 year.
Responsibilities
* Provide in‑depth examination of customer properties.
* Advise on the best security and safety solutions to meet security needs.
* Install and provide technical support for Verisure security systems with a focus on first‑time‑fix solutions.
* Deliver a detailed walkthrough of the Verisure Alarm system.
* Troubleshoot issues and repeat false alarms.
* Manage stock materials and company vehicle maintenance in line with schedules.
* Commit to outstanding customer service.
Requirements
* Strong English communication skills and team‑player attitude.
* Ability to make effective and timely resolutions.
* Proficient with hand tools and step ladders.
* Proactive and enthusiastic approach to maintenance work.
* Clean manual driving licence.
* Passion for technology.
* Valid driver’s licence (required).
