Join a Family-Owned Residential Setting Where You’re Truly Valued
We are recruiting on behalf of a warm, independently operated residential care service providing high-quality care for adults both under and over 65.
This well-established home supports up to 36 residents and offers permanent residential care, respite care and day care within a welcoming, homely environment. With a smaller resident group, the focus is always on delivering genuinely person-centred care where every individual is known, respected and valued.
We are now seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to work a mixture of day and night shifts as part of a supportive and stable team.
About the Service
Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the home prides itself on maintaining high standards of dignity, independence and wellbeing.
The setting offers:
Comfortable bedrooms, including ground-floor rooms with private patios
Peaceful garden spaces
A varied, person-centred activities programme
Permanent, respite and day care services
A 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating, demonstrating excellent standards of cleanliness and food safety
The culture is professional, friendly and family-orientated, with a leadership team that is visible and approachable.
