About the Role:
In this key position, the successful candidate will partner with managers across multiple sites, offering strategic and operational HR support. The role is hands-on, covering everything from employee relations to change management, and will involve regular national travel to engage directly with teams across the UK.
National Travel Required - Full UK driving licence is essential

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and people management issues
2. Manage a variety of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance
3. Lead and contribute to key HR projects such as organisational development and change initiatives
