1. Basic Salary- Up to £30,000.00

Our client is one of the UKs fastest growing used car dealerships. Specialising in prestige showroom condition vehicles. They are currently looking to add an experienced Business Manager to their ever-growing team.

The Successful Business Manager will have:
12. Previous experience in a business manager role within the automotive industry. Whether that be main dealer, independent or car supermarket.
13. A full understanding of vehicle finance.
14. A full UK driving license.
15. Excellent Communication Skills
16. Ability to work to deadlines and exceed sales targets monthly.
17. Flexibility to work weekends is essential!
Responsibilities of a Business Manager:
18. Monitoring and supporting the sales team during the sales process, engaging directly with customers at the appropriate time.
19. Managing our client's CRM system regarding sales, renewals, process and reporting.
20. The training and coaching of the sales team in sales process and products.
21. Controlling the sale of finance and insurance (F&I) products and services.
22. Compliance for the sale, administration and control of F&I products.
23. Control of all payments/commissions, for vehicles and F&I products, both from customers and finance companies.
24. Ensuring all F&I transactions are made in accordance with FCA regulations and code of practice.
25. Relationship management between finance companies and our client.
