Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties
Location: High Wycombe
Hours: 32 hours per week over 4 days, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £21,557 per annum plus pension and company benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and friendly Part Time Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties to join our Brewers Decorator Centre in High Wycombe. You will play a vital role in serving customers and ensuring smooth branch operations. No prior product experience is necessary; we value customer service and teamwork skills, and will provide training to help you succeed.
Located on Crest Road, our High Wycombe branch opened in 2024 and has been serving local trade and retail customers with decorating materials ever since. We offer an extensive range of wallpapers, fabric pattern books, designer and trade paints. Our team has a wealth of industry experience, and we are proud of our reputation as the decorators' first choice. Branch hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer service to uphold our reputation for quality
* Using product knowledge to recommend products and assist customers
* Making contactless deliveries in the local area using our Transit van
* Mixing paint, processing orders, and requesting stock within the branch
* Building relationships with customers to identify their needs
* Maintaining an organized and safe warehouse
* Promoting seasonal and special items, merchandising to increase sales
* Unloading deliveries and distributing stock throughout the store
Candidate Profile:
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Approachable and friendly personality
* Team player who can also work independently
* Knowledge of the local area
* Full clean manual driving license
* Keen to learn and develop within the industry
* Retail experience or product knowledge is advantageous but not essential
