Property Litigation Solicitor

Are you a driven and experienced Property Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in your legal career? A respected and dynamic law firm in central Bristol is seeking a talented individual to join their well-regarded Dispute Resolution team.
About the Role:
You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of property disputes, including:
* Commercial and residential landlord & tenant matters
* Lease renewals and terminations (1954 Act)
* Dilapidations and service charge disputes
* Possession claims and trespass
* Boundary disputes and rights of way
* Party wall matters and adverse possession
You’ll be working closely with clients ranging from individuals and landlords to commercial property investors and developers.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (ideally 2–6 PQE, but all levels considered)
* Strong background in property litigation
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Commercially aware and solution-focused approach
* Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
