Executive Assistant & Office Manager
to join our growing Guildford team. This dual role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, providing high-level executive support, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office operations. Key Responsibilities Executive Assistant to the CEO Proactive diary management, scheduling, and travel co-ordination. Organise roadshows, events, and client meetings. Prepare documents, presentations, and briefing materials. Office Management & Operations Oversee office policies, procedures, and supplies. Manage relationships with service providers and vendors. Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure operational efficiency. Administration & Client Support Handle incoming client enquiries and maintain CRM data (HubSpot). Manage contracts, invoices, and general administrative tasks. Support preparation and printing of presentations and proposals. Finance & HR Administration Track office budgets, expenses, and assist with bookkeeping and reconciliations. Coordinate recruitment logistics and onboarding of new starters. Manage HR records, including holiday/absence tracking, pensions, training, and events. Administer sponsor licences and visa applications. About You Experience:
Minimum 5 years as an EA, with office management experience - ideally including Financial Services. Skills:
Exceptional organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Mindset:
Positive, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Tech:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Location:
