We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts as we grow beyond our home base. We’ve built a strong presence in the Netherlands, and now we’re bringing Homerun to the UK 🇬🇧👋
Responsibilities
* Lead and coach a small but mighty Sales and Partner team.
* Launch and grow our UK market – build strategy, partnerships, and early traction.
* Drive performance across both the UK and NL, learning and scaling what works.
* Manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to close.
* Collaborate closely with the CEO, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
* Build solid foundations: sales playbooks, processes, and enablement tools.
* Forecast, report, and share insights with the leadership team.
Qualifications
* Proven success in B2B SaaS sales – ideally in HR tech, recruitment, or related software.
* Experience leading and developing sales teams or acting as a player‑coach.
* Entrepreneurial energy – excited to launch and grow a new market.
* Strength in go‑to‑market strategy, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
* Collaborative, structured, and hands‑on – equally comfortable in the details and the big picture.
* Comfortable with ongoing travel throughout the UK and to the Netherlands.

* Location: Oxford, UK – at least two days per week in the office.
* Start date: Mid‑January (as soon as possible).
