What You'll Be Doing: As a Housing Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our clients team, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure everyone is well-supported. Here's what your day will look like:
️ Sending impactful letters and communications with a friendly, professional touch
Organising appointments like a pro and keeping the Housing team on track
Answering calls and covering the switchboard - you'll be the friendly voice everyone counts on
Being the go-to person for all things housing-related, connecting with internal teams and external partners
Managing and actioning team emails - turning queries into quick solutions!
Keeping accurate records of tenant and leaseholder interactions in the database
️ Acting as the point of contact for contractors, colleagues, and tenants
Raising purchase orders and keeping everything organised
What We're Looking For: We want someone who's organised, friendly, and ready to take initiative! If you're great with people, love to stay busy, and have some admin experience, we want to hear from you.

Excellent communication skills - You're a pro at writing emails and speaking on the phone
Tech-savvy - Comfortable using Excel, Google Docs, and databases
Self-motivated - You take ownership of your tasks and always find a solution
