About the Position
We seek a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media for our series of shows.
This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying key moments from podcasts, utilizing AI tools for clipping, editing, and enhancing content, and building an inspiring digital presence that impacts lives.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple social channels, video editing skills, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating compelling content that motivates, inspires, and strengthens each show’s brand. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, gets shared, and captures attention—is crucial.
Responsibilities
* Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
* Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from full episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast’s tone and style.
* YouTube growth & optimization: Enhance channel growth by optimizing content, creating engaging titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features for better visibility.
* AI content creation and curation: Plan and produce high-quality visual content with AI tools, maintaining consistent branding and style.
* Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content across platforms, aligning with marketing plans and partner needs.
* Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI tools to craft inspiring and engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s values and maintains a consistent tone.
* Community management: Engage with audiences by monitoring comments and messages to foster a positive community.
* Performance tracking and reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and refine strategies based on insights.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with measurable increases in views, engagement, and subscribers.
* Deep knowledge of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and key metrics, with strong analytical skills.
* Video editing expertise with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, along with familiarity with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
* Experience in graphic design and creating visually appealing content (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, test-and-learn approach.
* Comfortable with changing deadlines and evolving content priorities.
