Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Audiologist interested in adult audiology to join our department at Northampton General Hospital. You will be part of the newly formed countywide Audiology Service, contributing to service improvement, collaboration, and staff development. The role requires a BSc in Audiology (or equivalent), recent NHS experience, and registration or in the process of registration with RCCP/AHCS or HCPC. Training will be provided. The role involves clinical expertise, leadership, supervision, and contributing to service accreditation and development.

* Provide high-quality, patient-centered audiology care.
* Maintain professional development and supervise junior staff.
* Ensure accurate assessments and contribute to service audits and improvements.
* Support service modernization and patient-focused care models.
* Participate in recruitment and manage team well-being.
Clinical Responsibilities
* Lead clinical sessions and provide expert advice.
* Make clinical decisions on diagnostic tests and referrals.
