We are now looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team.
Role Overview
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales progression process. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in estate agency sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Registering and qualifying potential buyers
* Conducting property viewings with professionalism and local knowledge
* Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
* Progressing sales through to completion, maintaining regular contact with all parties involved
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on CRM systems
* Supporting the wider team and network of offices with general sales office duties
Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency (essential)
* Strong knowledge of the wider Warrington property market and surrounding areas
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Highly motivated and customer-focused
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional, well-presented, and punctual
