We are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef at the start of their culinary career to join the team - its a great opportunity to learn new skills and techniques from the existing brigade and develop your career in a busy 5 star establishment using fresh ingredients.
Our kitchens offer exposure to several styles of service - from the live theatre of The Glasshouse, the seasonal a la carte menu in The Stables and the busy hub that is our Central Kitchen.
Were looking for a positive, flexible, focused attitude and basic NVQ training. The role is full time, 48 hours per week, working a variety of shifts, including weekends.
