Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to brand standards Creating a welcoming, engaging atmosphere and offering drink recommendations Setting up, maintaining, and closing down the bar to high presentation standards Managing bar prep, stock rotation, and organisation Handling payments and till operations accurately Working collaboratively with restaurant and events teams to deliver seamless service Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, hygiene standards, and safety procedures What Do You Need? Previous experience as a Bartender in a quality-led bar, restaurant, or hotel Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service Strong communication and guest engagement skills Calm, professional approach during busy service periods A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience Why Join White Rabbit Projects?
