About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Deputy Ward Manager to join a well-established mental health rehabilitation service with a Good CQC rating. This role is ideal for a registered mental health nurse (RMN) looking to advance into leadership while remaining involved in clinical care.
You will work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of high-quality, recovery-focused care for adults with various mental health conditions, aiding their path to independence and wellbeing.
Requirements
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification and valid NMC PIN.
* Previous leadership or senior nurse experience in a mental health setting.
* Strong understanding of rehabilitation approaches for mental health conditions.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Up to £43,300 per year | Full-Time | Mix of Supernumerary & Clinical Shifts
