Youll be at the heart of a buzzing packhouse operation : making sure orders are spot:on, stock is allocated smartly, and deliveries go out like clockwork. If you love keeping things running smoothly and get a kick out of nailing the details, keep reading.

WHAT YOULL ACTUALLY DO
Process retailer orders via email, ERP (Tropos) and EDI systems Allocate stock and work closely with the packing team Build pallets to spec and keep dispatch records bang:on accurate Book hauliers, manage delivery slots and fix problems fast Keep traceability tight from order to dispatch Monitor stock levels (trays, pallets) and arrange replenishment Support production planning and keep stock sheets up to date Chip in wherever needed : were a team
WHAT YOULL NEED
Experience with ERP systems and EDI platforms (Tropos is a bonus) Solid Excel skills : youre comfortable wrangling data Organised, calm under pressure and solution:focused Great communicator : hauliers, depots, internal teams, youve got it covered Sharp eye for detail (especially stock control and paperwork) Clued up on food hygiene and H and S basics Own transport (essential : rural site) Reliable and flexible (occasional weekends during peak times)
THE HOURS
40 hours/week : schedule agreed with Head of Dispatch and Logistics Flexibility needed (including occasional weekends) Overtime available during peak seasons
