We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join our HR function within our Integrated Airspace-protection Systems (IAS) UK team in Belfast.

Key responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Provide, analyse and interpret people-data for statutory and business reporting requirements.
* Collate data for legislative reporting, including Equality monitoring and annual NI-specific returns.
* Support queries around our employees under “Collective Agreement” & increments.
* Coordinate and process promotions and salary increases for the “collective” population.
* Conduct research, compile reports, data, and presentations.
Communication and Event Support:
* Liaise with the Internal Communications Business Partner to proactively plan communication initiatives around our people activities to encourage strong engagement and uptake
* Organise the facilitation of our “Aspire To Be” programme and other internal/external events
HR Support:
* Understand and support HR objectives and policies.
* Assist in employee queries and champion HR processes.
* Network within the organisation and understand the Executive Committee’s objectives.
* Provide administrative support to the HR Director, including diary management, travel bookings, and email management.
* Organise meetings across time zones, produce agendas and reports, and take minutes/actions.
About you:
At the outset of a career in Human Resources, you may be a recent graduate with a degree in HR or a related business field, or possess experience as an HR Assistant or Advisor, seeking opportunities to enhance and diversify your skill set.
You should also possess:
* Extensive experience in data analysis, interpretation, and the provision of analytics.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and address team demands proactively.
* Confidence in engaging with individuals across all organisational levels, particularly senior business leaders and Directors.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance prior to commencing employment.
