Stairmaster are looking for an experienced Revit Technician for a permanent PAYE position based in Whittlesey, Peterborogh. This position is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop detailed 3D models of stair systems using Revit.
* Produce fabrication‑ready shop drawings and construction documentation.
* Coordinate stair models with architects, structural engineers, and general contractors.
* Interpret architectural and structural drawings to create accurate stair layouts.
* Ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
* Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection.
* Revise models and drawings based on engineering feedback and field measurements.
* Maintain drawing standards and file organization.
* Collaborate with production and project management teams to ensure design intent aligns with manufacturing capabilities.
Required Qualifications
* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (2+ years preferred).
* Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
* Experience producing shop drawings for fabrication.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Effective communication and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in stair, railing, or metal fabrication.
* Knowledge of building codes related to stair design.
* Experience with AutoCAD and/or Inventor.
* Familiarity with BIM coordination processes.
