GSL Education are seeking a reliable Cover Supervisor (CS) to join a supportive school in Hull. This role is ideal for someone who can manage classrooms effectively in the absence of teachers, ensuring learning continues smoothly and students remain engaged. Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students follow set work and school routines. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Support pupils with behaviour management and learning tasks as required. Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning. Report on pupil engagement and behaviour to teachers and school leadership. Requirements for the Cover Supervisor role: Previous experience supervising classrooms or working in a school environment is desirable. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to maintain calm and manage behaviour effectively. Proactive and reliable approach to classroom supervision.
