Located at the heart of the new Greenlaw Mains community, Glencorse is a purpose-built, luxury care home opening soon. With 54 beautifully designed en suite bedrooms, it will offer high-quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care in a calm, nurturing environment focused on wellbeing and comfort.

What We Offer:
* £24.96 per hour
* 40 hours per week contract
* Paid PVG, pension, uniform, and onsite parking
* 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)

Your Role: Working closely with the Home Manager, you will oversee all clinical care aspects, guiding and supporting a newly forming team through the launch phase and beyond. You will lead with kindness and clarity, ensuring every resident receives safe, compassionate, person-centred care. You will embed a positive, inclusive culture and develop systems that uphold high standards and encourage continuous improvement.
This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership. Whether you’re developing care plans, mentoring staff, liaising with healthcare professionals, or supporting families, your presence will inspire trust, confidence, and excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
* Proven clinical leadership experience in elderly care settings
* Skilled in supporting and mentoring staff, ideally in a commissioning environment
* Calm, solution-focused approach with strong commitment to person-centred care
* Passionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and professional culture from the outset
