T&S Heating started trading in 1974 as a small gas central heating company. Over the last 50 years, T&S has grown to become one of the biggest plumbing and heating businesses in the East Midlands and now employs over 100 local workers. Our customer base is vast and varied; few people are aware that we supply 24/7 maintenance services to over 150,000 properties throughout England and install in excess of 3000 boilers and heating systems each year.

T&S Heating is based in Arnold, Nottingham and due to excessive growth we now have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Services Administrator.

Job description

Working as part of a team you will be responsible for answering the telephone, booking in various works, liaising with customers, preparing quotes, raising purchase orders, designing and producing adhoc reports, managing logistics and general administrative duties.

As this role is largely admin based, receiving a large volume of calls, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be working in a fast moving environment where deadlines and timescales are paramount. This will involve collating and analysing different types of information using a variety of computer applications.

Previous admin experience with Excel and Microsoft is essential for this role.

Knowledge of the Plumbing and Heating industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
