Due to retirement a rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our private clinic in Chepstow. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive team within a patient-focused practice known for its high standards of care and personalised patient service.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, organised and professional environment. We are looking for someone who communicates confidently, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist patients in a warm and welcoming manner.
* Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organised diary.
* Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
* Ensure patient data is accurately updated and compliant with data protection regulations.
* Support the dental team with administrative tasks.
About You
* Previous experience as a dental receptionist (or in a similar healthcare environment.)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Computer literate and proficient in using dental or similar software.
* Highly organised with attention to detail.
* Reliable, professional, and able to maintain patient confidentiality.
* Warm, friendly and approachable.
