Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Change Manager
City of London – 3 days per week on-site
We are partnered exclusively with a global insurance client that is looking to hire a Change Manager to lead the rollout and embedding of a new global Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework and technology platform & a P2P transformation.
This role combines deep TPRM expertise with hands-on change management experience to ensure new processes, tools and ways of working are effectively embedded across multiple functions and regions.
Key responsibilities:
Change and adoption
* Refine and implement a comprehensive change-management strategy and roadmap to ensure smooth adoption of the TPRM and P2P framework and tools.
* Engage stakeholders from C-suite to operational teams, clearly articulating the vision, benefits and impacts
* Create user guides and training materials, and deliver training, workshops and awareness sessions
* Develop and manage a stakeholder engagement plan to support culture change, collaboration and accountability
* Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership on change readiness, risks and mitigations
