Job Title: Team Leader - Children's Home
Location: Winsford, Cheshire
Hourly Rate:£15 per hour
Base Salary: £29,259
Sleeps Per Year:£7200
Attendance Bonus Per Year: £1200
Working Hours:2 on 4 off shift pattern
Number of Sleeps Required:Approx. 10 per month
Pay Per Sleep:£60 per sleep
Service:Children's Home
Service Users:YPs aged 7 to 17 with EBD
Qualifications Required:Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Experience in Years Required:Experience as a Residential Support Worker or Senior RSW

* Type of YPs:Children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

* Someone who has completed or is enrolled on the Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare (please note that a Level 3 in Health and Social Care is not deemed equivalent)
