About the Role

You will support the planning, creation, and delivery of a welcoming, home-based Lifestyle Programme. This programme encourages residents to participate in a wide range of activities, tailored to their interests and needs, and adaptable to varying levels of physical and mental ability.
About You:
We provide full training, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Key qualities include being organized, having excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts. We offer a clear career pathway, potentially progressing to Nurse Associate, with support throughout your journey. Please note, shifts are scheduled on a rota basis across 7 days, including weekends.
Knowledge / Experience:
* An understanding of the role of social interaction in overall wellbeing.
* Ability to assist in delivering lifestyle sessions both in groups and individually.
* Ability to develop strong community links and organise successful events.
* Flexibility to cover various responsibilities at short notice.
* Willingness to help implement new ideas and concepts.
* Potential to develop through Lifestyle/Activities training and qualifications.
