We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused On/Off Boarding Administrator to support the smooth onboarding of new clients and the closure of existing trust and company structures.
The successful candidate will liaise with intermediaries and internal teams, assist with documentation, collect and review due diligence, and ensure all processes meet regulatory requirements. The role offers excellent exposure to fiduciary services and the opportunity to develop their skills and pursue a relevant qualification such as STEP or ICSA.
Candidates should have at least 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths), strong IT and communication skills, and a willingness to learn and support colleagues.
