Help Shape the UKs Energy FutureChange Manager Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell CAs part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years.This role will be within theCWA Wide Section.What will you do?We are recruiting for a Change Manager to join the CWA (Civil Works Alliance) and play a vital role in delivering one of the UK's most strategically important infrastructure projects. This is a senior role where you'll manage change across one or more sections of Sizewell C, ensuring we deliver this transformational energy project with precision, integrity and excellence.About the opportunity As part of the CWA, we are delivering Sizewell C a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes.

This role sits within the PMO reporting directly to the Head of Project Controls. You'll be responsible for implementing our change management strategy, maintaining control across program, design, time and cost while upholding safety, quality and project integrity at every decision point.What you'll be responsible for Lead the delivery and governance of the Change Management process across the CWA, ensuring compliance and consistencyManage the complete lifecycle of change from SZC directions and instructions through to compensation events, recovery plans and contingency drawdownsCoordinate interrelated changes across sections to maintain program and cost integrityConfigure and leverage Oracle Primavera Unifier to track, report and manage all change activitiesDevelop dashboards, metrics and reporting tools that provide visibility of change performance and trendsSupport strategic decision-making by integrating cost, time, risk and contract constraintsChampion HSE and Nuclear Safety as embedded principles in every change decisionPromote Digital Engineering tools and processes, establishing integrated systems linking BIM data with schedule and budgetBuild and maintain trusted relationships with our Client (NNB and EDF), acting as a strategic advisorDevelop high-performing teams and drive capability developmentProtect the integrity of the CWA's cost and program envelopesWhat are we looking for?Who you are A results-driven leader with at least 12-15 years leading project controls on complex, mega infrastructure projects for leading international tier 1 contractorsQualified to APM PMQ, APMG Project Planning and Control Practitioner level or equivalent (MRISC preferred)Expert in contract, cost and EVM systems including PRISM, Unifier and InEightPassionate about excellence willing to go the extra mile and continually search for ways to add valueA champion for HSE and Nuclear Safety who embeds these principles throughout your workA collaborative team player who shares knowledge and empowers others to deliverCustomer-focused with the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and build sustainable relationshipsAdaptable and energized by change, learning quickly and responding positively to evolving demandsAn excellent communicator who achieves clarity and impact in all interactionsSomeone who delivers operational excellence consistentlyWhy join us You'll lead change management on a project defining Britain's energy future delivering clean, reliable electricity for at least 60 years.
