A pioneering developer of integrated electric motor and power electronics modules is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design, development, and delivery of next-generation electric propulsion systems.

The Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer will:
* Assist in the design and development of electric propulsion components using 3D CAD software.
* Support the creation of mechanical assemblies, technical drawings, and part specifications.
* Contribute to concept development, mechanical packaging, and design reviews.
* Collaborate closely with electrical, thermal, and manufacturing teams to develop integrated systems.
* Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation activities throughout the product lifecycle.
* Maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and support component selection.
* Follow internal design and documentation standards aligned with ISO9001 processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
* Academic or internship experience in CAD design, mechanical systems, or product development.
* Familiarity with 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or CATIA.
* A strong grasp of core mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing methods.
* An interest in electric vehicles, propulsion systems, and clean energy technologies.
* Exposure to FEA, CFD, or mechanical simulation tools (desirable).
* Good communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
