We are seeking a dedicated Tenant and Property Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in tenant liaison and property administration.
Role Overview:
The Administrator will act as a point of contact for tenants, partners, local authorities, sub contractors, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of tenancy-related matters, and property viewings, compliance and maintenance co-ordination and reporting. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Communication: Liaise with tenants and potential tenants via phone, email, and written correspondence.
Screening & Referencing: Conduct tenant screening and reference checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
Tenancy Agreements: Prepare and manage Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreements.
Financial Discussions: Communicate with tenants regarding rent payments, arrears, and rent increases.
Documentation: Draft letters, maintain accurate records, and manage filing systems (including scanning and digital storage).
Coordination: Work closely with other departments and teams, external agencies, and legal representatives when required.
Problem Resolution: Identify issues promptly and propose effective solutions.
General Administration: Answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to the team.
Reporting: Documenting property related compliance, maintenance, refurb and planning projects.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Previous experience in property administration or similar role is an advantage but not essential.
Knowledge of real estate is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
