Management Accountant Contract Type This is a full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent role, however we are always happy to consider applications on a flexible working basis Salary: Circa £34 – £36,000 pa About Us Norwich Theatre is one of the leading arts organisations in the UK and the largest in the East of England, encompassing the historic Theatre Royal, the creative hub Stage Two, and the intimate mid-scale Playhouse. We are an independent not-for-profit charity with no regular public funding, and rely on a share of ticket sales, one-off grants, fundraising/membership schemes and other commercial activities to deliver the work we do both on stage and in communities. About the role As a key member of our Finance team, you will help to ensure that financial information is both accessible and accurate. They will work closely with other members of the Finance team to ensure that budget holders across the organisation receive real time support and analysis and see the Finance team as trusted advisors who can add value that will assist in planning and the making of informed decisions. This is a broad role that will touch upon many aspects of the finance cycle, with a degree of flexibility required because every day can be different, particularly in a creative organisation! About you With experience in a Management Accountancy role, you will have a good understanding of the construction of monthly management accounts and experience of working across teams to provide financial support and advice. You will need to have the ability to present clear financial information together with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. A positive approach and attention to detail will be key for this role. You may be part ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or studying towards and we will be happy to provide some support to help you complete this.
