PPC Specialist Location: Colchester (Hybrid) Salary: £35,000 We're working with a growing retail brand based in Colchester looking to hire a dedicated PPC Specialist to take ownership of their paid advertising channels and help accelerate their digital growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, product-focused environment. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure delivery against ROAS targets Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve results Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the content/design teams to optimise landing pages Produce regular reports and performance insights for internal stakeholders Work closely with the wider marketing and e-commerce teams to align on strategy Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a PPC role, ideally within retail or e-commerce Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics Demonstrable experience managing paid search budgets and driving ROI Data-driven with strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset Experience with Microsoft Ads or paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is a bonus Excellent communication and organisational skills Benefits: £35,000 annual salary Hybrid working model (2–3 days per week in the Colchester office) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Staff discount, pension scheme, and career development opportunities Supportive, collaborative team culture in a growing business
