The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic individual to support our Sales and Marketing team with administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist in achieving sales targets through administrative support.
* Organize documents, reports, and trackers efficiently.
* Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and audit results.
* Manage weekly partner invoicing and monthly budget analysis.
* Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests professionally.
* Communicate effectively through clear and precise messaging.
* Coordinate hotel RFP processes smoothly.
* Load and manage preferential rate data accurately.
* Support senior leaders with diary management and meeting arrangements.
* Maintain secure, up-to-date records on shared drives.
* Log and organize data meticulously.
Qualifications:
* Experience in administrative support within sales and marketing.
* Exceptional organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
