We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our busy Technical team, on a 6-month fixed-term contract This is a key role providing administrational and client support for Gas, Electricity, Water, and Fibre utility infrastructure projects, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered to both new and existing clients.
What you’ll be doing:
* Administrative Support: Carrying out all administration activities for the Technical team to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
* Design Updates & Drawings: Updating design variations, requesting design changes, and ensuring all drawings are kept up to date.
* Data & Database Management: Keeping company databases and other project information up to date
* Stakeholder Liaison: Working closely with internal Technical and Operations teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
* Problem Solving: Investigating, resolving, and escalating client issues or requirements when necessary.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in a support or administrative role
* Strong coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Proactive, motivated, and client-focused approach
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management
* NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent is an advantage.
* Positive attitude towards customer service and understanding of its impact on business performance.
