Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
As part of Hestia's Integrated Business Development Team, you will:
* Manage and update our contracts database, ensuring all agreements are accurately recorded.
* Track changes to contracts, including pricing and staffing adjustments.
* Support the business development team in preparing bids and tenders for new projects.
* Coordinate internal meetings and maintain up-to-date records.
* Communicate with staff across various teams to aid in tender submissions.
* Monitor new business opportunities and attend relevant meetings and training.
* Help maintain a library of standard responses for bids and assist in producing marketing materials.
* Gather useful information by visiting services and responding to inquiries from commissioners.
