Support Worker
Location: Manchester (Service located on the outskirts of Hyde)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to work within a specialist service located on the outskirts of Hyde. This role involves supporting individuals with complex needs, helping them to live as independently as possible while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
This service requires staff who are confident, reliable, and experienced in managing challenging behaviours within a professional care setting.
Shift Patterns
* Long Day Shifts
* Waking Night Shifts
Both pre-planned shifts and regular ongoing work are available for the right candidates.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 years experience working as a Support Worker in the UK
* PMVA training is required (or willingness to complete our in-house PMVA training if committing to the work)
* Ability to travel to the service located on the outskirts of Hyde
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A compassionate and professional approach to support work
