Main Job Objectives
The role will be responsible for working with the Account Manager and operations team in supporting the waste management process. Engaging with client stakeholders, working collaboratively with site‑based facilities teams to ensure all paperwork is completed and filed according to legislative and client requirements.
Strategic Responsibilities
* Working in partnership with the Account Manager and operations team to deliver against the key objectives for the contract
* To work with the Account Manager to provide waste data analysis and providing detailed feedback to the client
Operational Responsibilities
* To manage waste and recycling sub‑contractors paperwork, including scanning and filing of all waste compliance documentation
* To support with scheduling, booking and confirming of waste collections
* To support with payroll via the workplace plus and other systems
* Ordering and maintaining stock control of equipment where necessary including personal protective equipment (ppe), consumables, waste receptacles etc
* Maintain and continually review all processes and systems currently in place in regards to administration
