Job Description:
* Monday to Friday - 8:45am to 6:00pm
* Available to work Saturdays 1 in every 4
* Working from our Bishops Stortford office
Responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator for Mullucks:
* Communicate with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings
* Conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers and agree on new tenancies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
* Market properties using various marketing skills and strategies
* Generate new business and retain existing clients
* Canvass the local area
* Ensure new tenancies are fully compliant in line with legislation
Skills:
* Ideally 1 or 2 years experience in Lettings but not essential
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of relevant local housing laws and regulations
* Experience with property marketing and advertising
* Proficiency in relevant software and technology
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
* Evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate
* Proof of Address
* National Insurance
* Drivers Licence Check
