Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Youth Justice Service with London Borough of Lambeth.
Team Manager - Youth Justice Service - £43.70 - £45.20 p/h Umbrella
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide operational leadership and management within the Youth Justice Service.
* Manage, supervise, and support a team of practitioners delivering youth justice interventions.
* Oversee assessments, interventions, and risk management plans in line with statutory youth justice frameworks.
* Ensure high-quality practice, compliance with national standards, and adherence to statutory timescales.
* Quality assure casework, reports, and court documentation.
* Support effective partnership working with police, courts, probation, education, and health services.
* Contribute to service development, performance management, and inspection readiness.
* Promote a child-first, trauma-informed, and restorative approach to youth justice practice.

Pay Rate:
* £43.70 - £45.20 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work or relevant professional qualification
* Registration with the appropriate professional body (where applicable)
* Significant experience within Youth Justice or related statutory services
* Proven experience managing and supervising staff
* Strong knowledge of youth justice legislation, risk management, and safeguarding
