An opportunity has become available to join our busy, friendly ward as a health care assistant. Dulas ward is an ENT ward with medical outliers from Cardiology, Respiratory and Endocrinology.
We are looking for an enthusiastic HCA to come to and join our dynamic team. Successful applicants will be given the opportunity to work alongside experienced nursing staff staff and the multi disciplinary team.
Applicants must have an approachable manner necessary to deal with patients and their relatives and desirable experience of a hospital environment.
Main duties of the job
The role involves assisting trained staff in delivering care to patients at their most vulnerable times, ensuring dignity and respect is maintained throughout. Staff will be supported to complete mandatory training and opportunities will be given to develop further skills
Your development needs will be met through personal development reviews.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to work well under pressure.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
