We are a well established independent Wine Bar & Restaurant located in Borelli Yard in Central Farnham.
We require a Sous Chef to assist running all kitchen operations working with a small team to deliver our menu to the highest standard and maintaining the highest kitchen standards at all times.
You may be a CDP chef looking to take that next step or an established Sous chef simply seeking a change from your present role.
You will be responsible for future menu planning and cost control, working with the Head Chef and owner to ensure all areas of our food business are maintained to retain our 5 rating.

A very social working schedule being only 4.5 days a week. Some Sundays and every Monday off plus a further floating day off.
