You will provide essential support across various employee relations issues and play a key role in fostering a positive work environment. Day-to-day of the role: Support and coach managers in fulfilling their people management responsibilities. Provide guidance on company policies, employment legislation, and handle ER cases including disciplinary actions and grievances.
