Harvey Nashs Public Sector Client are hiring 3 x Admin Assistants, you will support the team with some tasks such as:
* General Admin duties
* Creating Agendas from Workplans/Action Plans
* Updating Workplans/Action Plans where appropriate
* Attending committee meetings
* Completing detailed minutes as a result of attending committee meetings, often in a variety of different styles
* Diary Management
* Arrangement of travel, accommodation, refreshments
* Organising and co-ordinating large events which often requires dealing with many different stakeholders with differing views/expectations
* Public Service Experience (not essential but would be extremely useful)
* Exceptional organisational skills to be able to work on several different tasks that often have conflicting deadlines
* Excellent use of initiative (sources work to do from the rest of the team if up to date, rather than waiting for additional tasks to be assigned)
* Solutions focused approach
