In this role, you will:
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
* Help pupils develop literacy, numeracy, and social skills
* Assist with planning and preparing resources for lessons
* Encourage positive behaviour and support inclusion for all pupils
* Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to ensure each child gets the support they need
About you:
* You have previous experience working with children (school or nursery setting)
* You’re patient, kind, and enthusiastic about learning
* You’re a team player who enjoys contributing to a positive school environment
* You’re flexible and ready to adapt to different classroom needs
