Duties:
* Perform vehicle repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics to a high standard as an MOT Technician
* Conduct MOT tests (MOT license desirable but not essential; training provided for the right candidate)
* Maintain accurate work records and ensure workshop efficiency
* Provide excellent customer service and technical advice when necessary
* Work independently or as part of a team, adhering to health and safety procedures
* Assist with workshop organisation and vehicle inspections
Requirements:
* Level 3 (or equivalent) in automotive repair or relevant qualification
* Previous workshop experience within a similar role
* MOT license is desirable but not essential; training can be provided
* Strong technical knowledge of various vehicle makes and models
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
