You're a commercially minded E-Commerce professional who knows how to drive growth across online marketplaces and retailer e-commerce platforms. You're confident managing D2C sales through third-party websites, comfortable using advertising consoles, and skilled at turning data into actionable insight.
You enjoy autonomy, take pride in accuracy and detail, and are motivated by results. If you've already grown sales on platforms such as eBay and are looking for a role where your decisions genuinely shape performance, this could be the perfect next step.
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in a similar e-commerce or marketplace-focused role
Proven success growing sales on eBay and other online marketplaces (essential)
At least 12 months' experience managing platforms such as eBay, TikTok or similar
Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
Confidence using advertising and promotional tools on D2C platforms
Excellent analytical skills, with strong Excel skills an advantage
The ability to translate sales reports into clear, practical actions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellent organisation and project management skills
What will your role look like?
Reporting into the wider team, you'll take ownership of marketplace and retailer e-commerce performance (excluding Amazon), driving profitable growth across both D2C and B2B platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving sales, profitability and growth across online marketplaces and B2B customers
Optimising product listings to improve conversion and maximise revenue
Working closely with the marketing team to ensure accurate listings and optimised copy
Planning and executing promotional and advertising campaigns
Managing merchandising, pricing and inventory to maximise performance
Producing regular sales reporting and forecasting, using insights to refine strategy
Continuously improving the online performance of the company brand portfolio
Managing the end-to-end e-commerce process, from product upload through to fulfilment
Monitoring competitor activity, industry trends and emerging platforms
Maintaining exceptional attention to detail across listings, pricing and promotions
Supporting customer retention and loyalty initiatives
Representing the company at trade and professional expos when required
