Responsibilities

* Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts and policies.
* Support onboarding processes, including organising induction materials and sessions.
* Respond to general HR queries and redirect more complex matters as needed.
* Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards in all HR activities.
* Collaborate with other departments to support organisational goals.
Qualifications
* A successful HR Assistant should have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
* Knowledge of HR procedures and employment regulations within the healthcare industry.
* Proficiency in using office software, such as word processors and spreadsheets.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
