Your new role
1. Engagement: Confidently interact with people face-to-face when out engaging.
2. Be the first point of contact for iing emails: Confidently use Outlook and manage multiple mailboxes.
3. Confidently handle calls from the public regarding enquiries and concerns.
4. Handle challenging calls: Confidently manage difficult callers.
5. Use Microsoft Word and Excel: Confidently use MS packages.
6. Data entry and management using CRM systems.
7. Analyse data: Confidently identify trends and create reports.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Excellentmunication skills
9. Ability to deal with some challenging/distressing calls
10. Previous administrative experience
11. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
12. Must pass DBS check
What you'll get in return
13. £ per hour
14. Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm ( hours)
15. Temporary until March 2026
16. Primarily office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely when required
17. Good public transport links and parking
18. DBS Check covered by agency
