Are you energetic, caring, and passionate about working with children? We are recruiting After School Club Teaching Assistants to support fun, engaging, and safe wraparound care provision in welcoming primary schools across Sheffield.

About the Role
As an After School Club Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Supervise and engage children in a range of activities (arts & crafts, sports, games, reading, outdoor play)
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
* Promote positive behaviour and inclusion
* Support snack time and maintain a tidy environment
* Work closely with the school team and communicate effectively with parents at collection
Typical working hours are between 3:00pm – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility may be available).

✅ We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with primary-aged children (desirable)
* A positive, enthusiastic, and patient attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* The ability to manage behaviour in a calm and supportive manner
* A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
Relevant childcare or Teaching Assistant qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
